Fundraising Officer and Assistant Required; This is a role is to book, organise and staff some of our fundraising events throughout the year. You need to have good communication and people skills, have transport and to be online and with email. You will need to be pro-active in seeking out suitable events for CP to have a stall at; then along side the Fundraising Officer, book stalls, and then decide what kind of a stall is appropriate for each event. A rota must also be drawn up and staffed from our fundraising volunteers; sometimes it is necessary to set up/dismantle on the day, but not normally to man the whole event, unless you want to! 

Lost and Found Officer
What the role involves:
Responding to enquiries from the general public about lost and found cats in your area,
Keeping up to date and detailed records of lost and founds cats in your community,
Investigating and matching those cats which are reported lost with those that reported found, injured or in Cats Protection’s care,
Working with other volunteers and staff to advertise lost and found cats,
Providing help and information in reuniting cats with their owners..

Skills and experience which are expected and/or can be developed in this role:
Good interpersonal skills, Good level of record keeping/administration skills, Good IT skills, Patience and the ability to deal with sensitive situations, Good communication skills, A passion for investigation, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
